Register Company in Bulgaria

In case the company does not have its own office and secretary in Bulgaria we provide nominal office, correspondence services and secretarial services on a monthly price from 15 euro up to 150 euro.
Dividend tax is set to 5% and it is due only in case of real payout of dividends
VAT – 20% with EU internal deliveries as well as export being free of VAT charges.
Personal Income Tax – 10% with dividends being free of tax after they have been shared between all shareholders.
The recommended company form by us is an Ltd. (OOD, EOOD).
This is because of its several special features.
The company can have one or more shareholders
The sole shareholder can also be the sole director of the firm.
There is no legal requirement for the presence of a Bulgarian shareholder, manager or secretary.
There are no fees for keeping the company in the Trade Register.
Shareholders are not responsible for the debts of the firm.
The company capital starts from 1 euro.
